Every surface and detail is new and gorgeous, yet they managed to keep the spirit of the original. Our room (#202) was gorgeous and the view of the water was breathtaking. In 1961, the resort was purchased by the partnership of three families, including the Petry family which has operated the hotel for the past several decades. In 2024, the Petry family partnered with Cape Resorts to renovate and operate the hotel.
