WebIn my experience you'd be much better served taking your GPU and swapping it into something more upgradeable. I have 2 Dell Optiplex, one 790 and one 7010, both upgraded, then I have an HP Z420. I much prefer the Z420 and it was easier to upgrade and had much better upgrades available (3.5ghz hexacore Xeon CPU for example). Dells are a PITA.
