HOI4 towed and SPAA reflects this in it's coding allowing these guns to target ground support type missions. I would agree these units need better soft attack, but that might be a game balance code by PDS. WebAll wings taking part in air-to-air combat (not just fighters and even if they don't get selected for damage dealing) gain 0.4 wing experience. This gain gets reduced if there are not enough enemy planes to allow all planes to attack. Wings completing their ground mission gain 0.28 wing experience.
