Fires a more powerful heavy soul arrow. Sorceries are a logical discipline: their strength influenced by the caster's intelligence. Acquired From WebDS arrows are 500 souls as opposed to Millwood arrows at 800 and you can carry 50 DS arrows as opposed to 30 Millwood arrows. It feels like they're just more cost-efficient on paper so I want to see if I'm missing anything. Millwood does more damage but has less range. The normal dragonslayer arrows are the best in the game for greatbows, imho.
