WebI recently picked up Fallout 1 from the Steam sale. I'm going through the "Find the Water Chip" mission and I hit a bit of a snag... I'm level 3, I hadn't saved in a long time, and rewrited my save once I got to the military base. I have next to no weapons, and not enough ammo to fight my way out of the base. WebI honestly believe that blowing up the military base first is more satisfying because you rob the Master of the ability to make more mutants. Afterwards you can then blow the Master, the Children and their cathedral to kingdom come. And then you kill the overseer for exiling you. That's my preferred headcanon at least.
